Process of Returns and Replacement
On receipt of valid return request, we may arrange the Pickup for most of the regions. If your Pin code doesn't fall in our purview then we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you.Then we'll inform you and request you to arrange the Return shipping from your end.
3As per your desired Solution MillionsMart provides proper resolution.
If you expect Replacement, MillionsMart provides Replacement of the same item.
If you expect Refund, MillionsMart provides Refund to MillionsMart Wallet / Same Mode of payment Only for valid and approved refund requests.
4Send the Return parcel to the address in the Order invoice under My Account :
If the Item Sold by Our Authorised Seller then You are requested to Ship the Return Parcel to the Seller's Address which is Shown in the Order invoice under My Account.
If the Item Sold by MillionsMart.in then You are requested to Ship the Parcel to the fallowing Address.

Our Policy on Returns and Replacement
Refund Policy :-
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment done. Refunds will be subject to the following:
Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded to same mode of payment within 7-21 working days from the date of approval of refund request.
For Cash on Delivery payments, Refund will be transferred to your bank account and for this you are requested to submit your bank account details along with account name , ifsc code and bank name under "Type your comments block"
Cancellation Policy :-
MillionsMart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated the process of shipping.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Dispatch category.
In case you feel that the product received is not as Described on the site you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72hours of receiving the product.The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with manufacturers warranty, please refer the issue to your local manufacturer service center.
All Brand New Electronic Items Eligible for Returns and Replacement in Fallowing Cases :-
1. If the item ordered is not delivered or wrong item delivered then we will fully refund your money.
2. In case product you received is found 'Damaged' and if reported the same before the courier boy and uploaded the damaged photos to our email then we will provide you immidiate replacement.
3. All items covered under Brand warranty can only Replaced if you get DOA letter from the Brand service center with in the 10days from the time you received the item.
All the Manufacturers usually provides replacement to the customers who gets informed about any manufacturer defects with in first 6 to 10days of valid purchase on getting DOA (Dead or Alive) Letter from manufacturer service center. So If your item covered under manufacturer warranty then you are requested to resolve the issue with your local manufacturer service center & your local manufacturer service center will provide you replacement of item.
If you are not comfortable with your local manufacturer service center then MillionsMart is always with you to resolve your issue and for this you are requested to obtain DOA Letter from your local manufacturer service center and requested to ship the item back to MillionsMart along with DOA Letter and invoice in a wellpacked condition and MillionsMart will helps you and replaces your item after we receive your defective item.
Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
We will process 100% refunds / replacement only after we receive the product at our end.
4. If the item is under Brand warranty and received in Defective Condition then it's eligible only for replacement and No refunds entertained.
5. Wrong Orders or Buyer's remorse or Customer's Mind or Attitude change and Wrong handling and Water damage or phisical damages done by customer/buyer can't be entertained for refunds/replacements.
6. All items purchased at the time of Mega Sale, Fiesta Sale, sale during special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. cannot be returned/refunded/cancelled/replaced except for Damaged products & Delivery of wrong products.
7. Eligible for Full Refund in Case of Item not Received.

In Case of Electronic Accessories like Computer motherboards and rams and In Case of Mobile phone Accessories and Mobile phone Spare parts Warranty is Limited to their Product Discription and for Refund and Replacement and Warranty Cases are entertained as per their product listing and Discription mentioned.
Customers have the right to return any purchased item with defining the proper reason within 3 calendar days from the moment of receiving the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
Imported,Refurbished&Demo Electronic Devices Eligible for Refund&Replacement in Fallowing Cases :-
1. In Case of Imported,Refurbished electronics like Smartphones,Computers & Laptops the Warranty and Returns and Replacements are Processed as per their Product listing and Discription metioned.
2. Eligible for Replacement in Case of Item Received is Not Working and informed with in 3days of Delivery time.
3. Eligible for Replacement in Case of Item Received is found Damaged and informed with in 3days of Delivery time.
4. Eligible for Full Refund in Case of Item not Received.
5. Wrong Orders or Buyer's remorse or Customer's Mind or Attitude change and Wrong handling and Water damage or phisical damages done by customer/buyer can't be entertained for refunds/replacements.
Fashion Wear Eligible for Retun&Replacement in Fallowing Cases :-
1. Eligible for Replacement only if Received a Damaged Product,
2. Eligible for Replacement only if Received a Size Mismatch.
3. No Refunds or Replacements allowed in Case of Wrong Orders.
4. Eligible for Full Refund in Case of Item not Received.
You can create a Return/Replacement request right from your customer account as fallows :-
Go to My Account > Sign in > Orders > Order ID > Click on Request a Replacement or a Refund > Select What would you like to do > Replace Item/Refund Item > Tick Product > Select the Refund/Replace Reason> Type Comments about Refund/Exchange > Click Return
