You can create a return request right from your customer account as fallows :-

Go to My Account > Sign in > Orders > Order ID > Click on Request a Replacement or a Refund > Select What would you like to do > Replace Item/Refund Item > Tick Product > Select the Refund/Replace Reason> Type Comments about Refund/Exchange > Click Return
